1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,95,486 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 25, 2017 to the day of full payment.

2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

3. Grounds for partial dismissal: The Plaintiff sought payment of damages for delay at the statutory rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, based on the initial date of January 21, 2017 on the principal of the damages for delay. However, the above statutory interest rate is applied from the date following the date when the complaint was served on the Defendant (Article 3(1) of the above Act), since the statutory interest rate is applied from the day following the day when the complaint was served on the Defendant, the portion claiming damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from January 21, 2017 to November 24, 2017, which was served on the Defendant by the complaint of this case.
