Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person driving B car volume.

On June 22, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a section of approximately 500 meters from the Love Hospital to the front day of normal funeral ceremony, as long as he was under the influence of alcohol with 0.165% during blood transfusion at around 00:23, while driving the said vehicle at a section of about 500 meters from the Green Hospital to the front day of normal funeral ceremony.
