Punishment of the crime

The defendant was an employee of the "C".

1. On November 24, 2014, Skys, in C located in P in P, the P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P, P

2. At around 19:50 on December 11, 2014, at the above store, the victim's market price of KRW 53,00 is KRW 53,00,00, the defendant sent three strings (17,000 per opening), three strings (17,000 won per 70,000 won per market price), three 20,000 strings (20,000 won per 20,000 strings) using one strings equivalent to the market price of KRW 95,00,00.

3. On December 13, 2014, at the upper and lower level of time, the victim’s possession price was 17,000 won, and the victim’s possession price was cut off to F, who was an employee of F, the total employees.

4. On December 19, 2014, at the upper and lower end of time, one flick for the victim-owned 118,000 won of the market price, and one flick for the victim-owned 95,000 won of the market price, sent one flick for the victim-owned 118,000 won of the market price and one flick for the victim-owned flick to 301,202.

5. At around 17:50 on December 24, 2014, at the above 17:17:50, the victim’s market price was 243,000 won, one Twiter’s market price was 156,000 won, one Twiter’s market price was 52,000 won, and one Twiter’s market price was 52,000 won, and one Kwikset service was sent to and stolen from the Defendant’s residence, as described in the foregoing paragraph (4).

As a result, the defendant has stolen the total amount of KRW 1,253,00 on five occasions.
