Punishment of the crime

At around December 12, 2014, Defendant A, “29, 2015, 2015, 2015, 11:00,000,000,000 won cashier’s checks of KRW 40,000,000,000,000,000,000 won for 10 billion per 10,000,000 won for 10,000,000,000 won for 10,000 won for 10,000.”

After that, Defendant A decided to trade P and 1 cashier's checks with 1 trillion won, and around December 17, 2014, Defendant A was able to look at the "R" ceremony in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Q.

Accordingly, Defendant A contacted Defendant B with Defendant D to ask for a forged check, and Defendant B identified Defendant E’s contact point from Defendant F, and then called Defendant E to ask for a forged check.

Defendant

E, together with Defendant G, made a request for a forged check that had been contacted and kept by Defendant C.

Defendant

C on December 17, 2014, at the Home flusium store, Defendant G, E, and at the Home flusium store, 395 won cashier’s checks issued by the forged national bank, and 1,303 won cashier’s checks issued by the new bank. Defendant E, along with Defendant G, sent 1,698 copies of the said checks to Defendant B.

Defendant

B, in return for forged checks, Defendant E issued a cashier’s check of KRW 10 million, and Defendant E issued the check to Defendant G.

On the other hand, Defendant A, D, and F traded P on the R around 17:00 on December 17, 2014, and then, Defendant A, B, D, and F trading one million won bill that can be secured prior to trading the cashier's checks of KRW 1.0 million.

Thus, after about 2 hours, Defendant B 1,698's cashier's checks, which he was flicked by Defendant E, were put to P as R.

Accordingly, Defendant A is a forged securities.
