1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On April 29, 191, the Plaintiff was appointed as B, and was promoted as a senior public official in general service on April 11, 201, and served as C from May 3, 2013 to September 2, 2013.
B. (1) On October 1, 2013, the Defendant requested the Central Disciplinary Committee to make a resolution on disciplinary action against the Plaintiff pursuant to Article 78(1) of the State Public Officials Act.
On February 14, 2014, the Central Disciplinary Committee denied the three grounds for disciplinary action among the grounds for disciplinary action, and decided to dismiss the plaintiff as to the remaining grounds for disciplinary action.
1. Breach of duty of good faith;
A. On August 30, 2013, at around 16:00 on August 30, 2013, a false report (hereinafter referred to as "grounds for disciplinary action 1") was sent to D, three of the five soldiers from among the five soldiers who were ordered by the Daejeon E restaurant with three employees belonging thereto from around 12:00 to 13:15 on the same day, and 30 minutes at the same meeting. The Administrator sent two times (19:05, 19:16) on the above facts (whether D prior to the attendance) by telephone and sent a false reply to the Administrator that "not drinking" did not drink until the end, and ordered three employees of the Daejeon E restaurant to answer and deliver the instructions to "not later than the end".
B. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F.F. on July 31, 2013 (hereinafter “grounds for Disciplinary Action”); however, it was impossible to attend the F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. Busan’s business trip schedule and Busan’s business trip schedule was not reported to Cheong and the Vice Minister, even if there was no official schedule on July 30, 2013, 2013 (from July 30, 2013 to July 31, 2013). However, the period of one night (from July 30, 2013 to July 31, 2013) was all completed on July 30, 2013.
C. On September 10, 2013, when investigating the Office for Government Policy Coordination’s Official Service, the Office for Government Policy Coordination was present after drinking (hereinafter “grounds for disciplinary action”) and thereafter at the Office for Government Policy Coordination around 10:00.
