A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. at the Busan District Court on September 28, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention House.

1. As a result, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, such as an internal rupture in need of treatment for about three weeks.

3.
