Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 6, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for a violation of road traffic laws at the Jeonju District Court on February 6, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 14, 2015. On September 29, 2006, the Seoul Northern District Court issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for a crime of violating road traffic laws (drinking) at the Seoul Northern District Court on September 29, 2006, and issued a summary order of KRW 7 million for a fine of KRW 7 million for a violation of road traffic laws (drinking) at the Jeonju District Court on May 15, 2014.
