1. The Plaintiff:
A. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay KRW 30,000,000 and the amount shall be from October 23, 2008 to March 12, 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff prepared and executed the following loan certificates to Defendant B (hereinafter the combination), and the names and seals of the Plaintiff and Defendant B on each of the above loan certificates, as well as the Plaintiff’s fingerprints affixed to the Plaintiff, and all of the parts written in the remaining side letters and written notes are written by Defendant B.
① “The Plaintiff borrowed KRW 25 million from Defendant B on December 7, 2007 as the due date of repayment on June 30, 201, and at 2% of interest.” ② “The Plaintiff borrowed KRW 10 million from Defendant B on December 11, 2007 as the due date of repayment on June 30, 201, and at 2% of interest month.” ③ “The Plaintiff borrowed KRW 13 million from Defendant B on November 7, 2008, with the due date of repayment on November 24, 2008 and interest rate on KRW 2%.” ④ “The Plaintiff borrowed KRW 8 million from Defendant B on November 13, 2008 as the due date of repayment on November 13, 2008, and the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 13 million as the interest rate on May 30, 201.”
B. The Plaintiff and the Defendants have long been aware of each other, and Defendant B had been living together with Defendant C without resolving the legal divorce relationship with Defendant C, his spouse. However, the Plaintiff was aware that it was a legal couple.
C. Since August 2008, the Plaintiff was in a sexual intercourse with Defendant C, and around September 8, 2008, when it was discovered that the sexual intercourse with Defendant C was committed with Defendant C at the office of Defendant B around September 8, 2008.
In the manner described in Paragraph B, the following rapes (hereinafter the rapes of this case), the principal amount of KRW 50 million, interest rate of KRW 2%, the due date of repayment of the loan stated as of September 8, 2009, and the interest and due date of payment of KRW 30 million,000,000,000 and one copy of the loan stated as of September 8, 200.
B In the office room B, C was forced to rape.
