When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a motor vehicle owner who actually owns a rocketing car.

On September 15:50, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license, which was not covered by the 100-meter mandatory insurance at approximately 10 meters away from the third vice head of the Kohae-si, Kimhae-si to the roads front of the datum of the community credit cooperative father-dong in Kimhae-si.
