1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 260,923,05 and KRW 233,239,336 among them.
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(Provided, That Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Act No. 208(3)2 of the same Act) applies mutatis mutandis;
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which was amended as of September 25, 2015, respectively, and enforced October 1, 2015;
