1. The Defendant’s KRW 260,000,000 for the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s KRW 3,000 for each month from December 14, 2010 to September 17, 2015.

Description of Claim

On December 14, 2010, the Plaintiff determined and lent KRW 260,000,000 to the Defendant at KRW 3,000,000 on March 20, 201.

2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;

3. The portion on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) and the portion on which the Plaintiff claims payment in excess of the annual interest rate of 15% after October 1, 2015 among the Plaintiff’s claims pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda is dismissed.
