When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 05:10 on November 30, 2018, the Defendant driven a d-low-income vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.097% in the section of about 5km from the adjacent road to the road of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, whose blood alcohol level is 0.097%.
