A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a C non-Stop vehicle.

On August 31, 2016, at around 16:28, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license, and proceeded to the left at a speed of about 10-20 K km at a speed of about 7-20 K km in front of the fixed distance from the front side of the Yongsan-gu, Jyang-do, Jin-do, Jin-do, Jin-do, and the left at the speed of about 10-20 K at an underground parking lot.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving) provided that the Defendant driven the said C non-owned vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 100 meters from the front day of the Jinyang-si parking lot of Jinyang-gu, Jinyang-do to the front day of the Jinyang-do, Jinsan-do, Jinnyang-do, Jinnam-do, Jinnyang-do, Seoul, without obtaining a driver’s license.
