Punishment of the crime

On October 8, 2015, from around 08:41 to 08:42 on the same day, the Defendant taken pictures against his will another person’s body, which might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, by photographing the body part of the victim’s body, in which it is impossible to know who is suffering from a shorter chromatic pattern of chromosome, using a cell phone, from the escalator that moves into the out-of-service 7 from the 102 city in Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to the out-to-door 102 city.
