A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 6, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime of January 26, 2015, at the Incheon District Court issued a summary order of a fine of KRW 3 million on the crime of interference with business at the Incheon District Court: (a) requested one of the victims of the instant case to prepare and request the victim C (at the age of 45) who was one of the victims of the instant case (hereinafter referred to as “the victim”), but was refused to do so; (b) he thought that he would be aware of his character and retaliation against the victim; and (c) around January 26, 2015, the Eju shop operated by the victim in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, in the Eju shop, Incheon, for drinking, the victim would be able to ask the victim for the drinking, and the victim would be able to keep the victim’s life or body at the time of the occurrence of a fine.”

2. On February 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime of February 7, 2015, with the mind of retaliation against the victim for the foregoing reasons; (b) around February 7, 2015, at the same place as above, and around February 23:05, the Defendant threatened the victim with a view to causing harm to the victim’s life or body by asking the victim for drinking, and doing so; and (c) making the Defendant out of a canter; and (d) making the victim’s hand, who is able to bring the Defendant out of a canter, and “a person who is able to continue funeral in this context, or who is blind, will have been able to do so.”

3. On February 15, 2015, the Defendant had the mind of retaliation against the victim for the foregoing reasons, and around February 20:4, 2015, at the same place as above, at the victim’s request for alcohol to the victim, and around February 15, 2015, the Defendant continued to do so on the same day as “I will know why the Defendant would not be funeral in the future, in the future, because the Defendant was fluencing, fluoring while drinking, fluoring, fluoring, not fluoring, fluoring, and fluoring, fluoring a fine.”
