1. The Defendant committed a crime against the victim B is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle with C investment vehicle.

On January 20, 2019, the Defendant driven the above car at around 14:00, and led the E-distance intersection in front of Daejeon U.S.D to go straight through the safety zone between the center and the center of the road.

Since the above place is an intersection with a lot of vehicle traffic, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to keep the lane well and prevent accidents in advance because he/she fails to enter the safety zone.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, caused the victim to suffer injuries, such as salt panions, which requires treatment for approximately two weeks, and at the same time, destroyed the said car to be in excess of KRW 1,326,468, and escaped without immediately stopping and taking necessary measures, such as providing relief.

The Defendant committed the crime against the victim G and the victim H continued to flee immediately after the crime described in the above paragraph (1) and continued to run away, the four-lane of the four-lane road in front of the 131 DDC four-lane distance away from the four-lane distance away from the NE distance away from the original village to the four-lane distance away from the time of the crime described in the above paragraph (1).
