A around July 26, 2013, in connection with the Defendant’s entire domicile at Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Dobong-gu, 204, the Internet illegal sports soil site “C” (D) and deposited 30,000 won into the account of the National Bank F account in the name of E, which is the operating account of the said site, charged for cyber money, and predicted the success and points of the sports game, such as a axis, and did so. From July 26, 2013 to December 4, 2013, the cyber money was distributed in dividends and re-paid by receiving the cyber money as a result of the competition, and then deposited 56,030,000 won in total over 130 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form.
