A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Suwon District Court, and on August 11, 201, received a summary order of KRW 1,500,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Jung-gu District Court on August 20, 201, and received a summary order of KRW 2,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving) at the Jung-gu District Court on August 20, 201, and on August 22, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2,00,00 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving) at the Jung-gu District Court on July 8, 2016.

On February 13, 2019, at around 20:0, the Defendant, via the Datte-ray, located in Macheon-si, B from the front road in Macheon-si to the place of departure, drive the E-Lero-ray truck without obtaining a driver's license from about 80 meters from the 80-meter section to the place of departure.
