A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director of the KBD, who is engaged in the boiler manufacture and sales business.

1. Around February 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the place of business of, and around February 2, 2013, Cheongju-si, the Co., Ltd., the Plaintiff: (b) purchased a stove boiler, which is located in Cheongju-si, in F; and (c) the victim E obtained a patent with the capacity to retire all of the trees, including waste timber; (d) the boiler is a boiler with the capacity to lease the 5 tons of this boiler to H; and (e) it was possible to produce a stove in the north-Stove of 1.5 tons per hour; and (e) reduces the costs of using the stove of H as it is possible to purchase the said stove boiler’s share within KRW 170 million per month, which is already established in Cheongju-si, and thus, (e) to the effect that the said stove will recover the profits of KRW 1,600,000,00,00.

However, the fact is that the boiler, which was established in the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., was not manufactured by the competent authorities, and could not be sold or installed at the place of business under the law. The boiler was marked to be capable of producing the 1.5 tons’ team per hour. However, the boiler was merely operated in the boiler with the capacity of 0.5 tons per hour, and it was difficult to recover the cost of raw materials, due to the fact that the boiler had already been returned from the previous buyers. Therefore, even if the boiler was sold to the victim, there was no intention or ability to guarantee the benefit of 8 million won per boiler, per hour, even if it was sold to the victim.

However, on March 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) deceiving the victim and deceiving the victim; (b) under the name of the Defendant, 20 million won in a new bank account under the name of the Defendant as the down payment for the two said stove boilers; and (c) on July 12, 2013, the Defendant is the remaining name of the victim.
