Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person operating "D", which is a food subdivision company in Gwangju City.

A. From January 2014 to December 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) divided and packaged the product name of the Jeju-Ugu in the above D from January 2014, and displayed false indications and advertisements that are likely to mislead or confuse consumers, by indicating that the product name of the Jeju-U.S.-U.S.-U.-U.S.-U.-U.S.-U.-U.S.-U.-U.S. is a product name.

B. The Defendant changed the name of the original food product at the time, time, and place of the above paragraph (a) and distributed and sold approximately KRW 48,230,00,00, which was subdivided, to the nation, including Gangwon and Ulsan.
