A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A crime committed on October 18, 2016;

A. On October 18, 2016, around 18:10, the injured Defendant: (a) at the house of the victim D (81) located in the building C, Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City building C, 204; (b) avoided disturbance without any justifiable reason; and (c) laid down the victim’s house door door, and the victim took a large amount of the victim’s door door, i.e., “rashing away,” the front door, i.e., the victim’s face at one time in drinking; and (d) caused the victim’s injury, such as salt, tension, etc. for two-day medical treatment.

B. The Defendant was faced with the Defendant without any reason at the time and place mentioned in the above paragraph (a).

The phrase “the Defendant’s hand knife, and the husband’s knife is different, and the circumstances vary with each other, and the victim’s body was tightly pushed off by the two hand, making the victim knife with the flife at the flife and the flife at the place.”

2. The Defendant, who committed the crime on October 22, 2016, was a recipient of basic living, but the government did not properly treat himself/herself, and the residents of the said C building are related to the politician, while he/she was dissatisfied with usual politics.

In trust and reliance, the fire No. 203 of the C Building 203, which he resides, was born with the people living in the above C building.

3. A crime committed on October 23, 2016;

A. On October 23, 2016, the Defendant who damaged property is located under the building C in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around 05:30.
