1. The Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) A and B:

A. The indication of the attached drawing among E forest land E 725 square meters in Chungcheong City 1.

Reasons

1. Regarding each of the plaintiffs' claims

A. The registration of ownership transfer is completed in the name of Plaintiff A, Plaintiff B, Nonparty F, and G, respectively, with respect to the forest E- 725 square meters (hereinafter “the forest of this case”).

(2) From May 2009, Plaintiff C constructed their own houses on the instant forest land from around October 2009, and from around October 2009, Plaintiff B leased and used the Defendant’s temporary materials.
