Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.
However, it is against the Defendants for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants conspired with the victim E and the latter E in a mixed manner on the ground that the victim D (the victim was 23 years of age) did not pay for the goods purchased on credit from the defendant A, and the victim was satisf.
1. On June 16, 2013, around 02:20, Defendant A’s violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint attack), around 02:20, around the second floor of the G apartment commercial building in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul. The Defendant and E forced the victim’s timber to the back seat of the front seat of the vehicle: (a) the Defendant and E forced the victim to wear the front seat; and (b) the Defendant getting aboard and moving the vehicle along with the vehicle, and (c) the Defendant threatened the victim, such as “I are not aware of the death; (d) I are hick, hick, and sweed; (e) hick, hick and hicked.”
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collaboration with F and E, received one gallon, smartphone, and one gallescope from the victim who was drinking with the said assault or intimidation in cash of 270,000 won owned by the victim.
2. From June 16, 2013 to 06:00 on June 16, 2013, Defendant A and B violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective injury, etc.), to 02:40 to 06:00, Defendant B is waiting in advance for the victim’s face, which was born on the F’s vehicle as prescribed in paragraph (1), once a week. Defendant A is able to take the victim’s face, and Defendant A is able to take the victim’s face at hand. Defendant A is able to take the victim’s knife at hand.
