Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of bus B.

At around 08:20 on February 17, 2020, the Defendant continued the front road of the apartment complex C from the D apartment room to the seat of the E Association branch.

In this case, since there is a road on which the center line of the yellow-ray is installed, and a crosswalk without signal lights is installed in the front section, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle by complying with the central line and checking the front section and the left and right of the crosswalk.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded along the center line in order to pass ahead of the preceding vehicles on the front side because of the heavy number of automobiles living together, and did not discover the victim F (F) who was crossing the crosswalk from the right side of the road to the left side of the road due to the negligence that did not properly see the front side, and caused the victim to go beyond the road by shocking the front side of the bus.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim due to the above occupational negligence during about 20 weeks of medical treatment, such as an overall infection symptoms.
