The defendant shall pay 15,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from February 25, 2021 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On April 4, 2012, the Plaintiff set the interest rate of KRW 20 million to the Defendant and C as three (600,000) monthly and due date on December 31, 2012. Of them, the Plaintiff decided to pay KRW 10 million to the Defendant.

B. On October 30, 2012, the Plaintiff and the Defendant and C paid interest of KRW 10 million per annum and due date on May 30, 2013.

The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant and C seeking payment of KRW 144,587,936 (the KRW 62 million and interest), including each loan set forth in the above A and B, with respect to the Defendant and C, and the decision of recommending settlement with respect to the remaining waiver was finalized.

The Plaintiff sought payment of the amount of money remaining after appropriating the above 53 million won as part of the principal of each of the loans described in the above A, B, and the purport of the claim made on February 19, 2021, and the purport of the claim made on February 19, 2021, and the payment of delayed damages according to the agreed interest rate from the next day after the copy of the application for change of the cause of claim was served (the above A, B, each of the original loans described in the above paragraph (a), the corresponding portion of C’s liability was extinguished by exemption, and Article 419 of the Civil Act).2.
