A. Defendant A and Defendant B opened and operated a gambling site. Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant F, and Defendant G decided to take charge of the recruitment of members, site management, and filling and exchanging game money.

From December 2, 2014, the Defendants opened a gambling site (L) from around December 2, 2014 (from around December 2, 2014, from around December 31, 2014, from around December 31, 2014, from around December 31, 2014, Defendant E from around December 24, 2014, Defendant F from around December 24, 2014, up to February 12, 2015 (from January 4, 2015, Defendant F was up to January 4, 2015) with the “private sports soil” (L) by purchasing an account for management of gambling money, installing a computer, etc., and sending it to the said gambling site to the world’s total amount of 891,314,921, and 00 won, from the gambling members connected to the said gambling site to the world’s cambling money.

As such, the Defendants conspired to set up a space for gambling for profit.

(b) No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and the entrusted business operator, shall issue sports promotion betting tickets or similar things to provide goods or property benefits to persons who win up sports betting tickets;

Nevertheless, the Defendants, at the temporary location of the above paragraph (a), received money from those who did not know the name, issued the game money in which they can betting from 5,000 won to 1,00,000 won in domestic and overseas sports games through the website of the “private sports territory” established as mentioned in the above paragraph (a), and the above persons who did not know the name will be the said game money.
