A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of a two-wheeled automobile with no registered validity.

1. On July 25, 2018, the Defendant driven a two-wheeled vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.138% at the section of about 3km from the 3km road to the road front of the C window in Silung-si, without a driver’s license, at around 06:15, the Defendant used a two-wheeled vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.138% from the 3km road to the 3km road in Silung-si.
