Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants misrepresented to a large number of unspecified domestic people in China at the call center located in the Chinese Masan City F, thereby leading them to a false statement that they should deposit funds, deposits, and expenses for deletion of records of inquiries about credit transactions, etc., raising the credit rating, to which they intend to obtain a loan.
