A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while substantially operating the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan building No. 1020, intended to distribute profits from the sale of snow(calium) with victim F, etc., and supplied snow(calium) imported by the victim company G to Yangcheon-gu Office, Guro-gu Office, etc.

From November 1, 2012 to January 20, 2013, the Defendant supplied snow removal from E office located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D building 1020 under the name of E, and received 20,387,000 won from the office of Yangcheon-gu office using the national bank account (Account Number H) in the name of E, and received 28,00,000,000 won from the office of Yangcheon-gu office to the above account, and received 20,683,000 won from the apartment complex in the jurisdiction of Nowon-gu to 10,00,000 won to the account in the name of E bank (Account Number H), and received 30,000,000 won from the victim to 0,000 won to 30,000,000 won from the victim’s account in the name of E bank (hereinafter referred to as “the victim’s account”).
