Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 00:50 on 00:0 on 17, 2013, the Defendant: (b) set up a C cab in front of the annual hospital located in the Sinsan-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and filed a report with B on the goods of another cab; (c) but (d) was demanded by B to turn off from B; and (d) was her head at the time of taking care of B.

1. The Defendant publicly insulting the victims by stating, “In accordance with the aforementioned date, time, and place, the victims who arrive at the scene after receiving the report of B B 112, and the background E and circumstances leading up to the Manbu Police Station D District D, the Manbu Police Station, and 3-4 persons who engage in the conduct to F.”

2. At around 01:10 on August 17, 2013, the Defendant arrested police officers as flagrant offenders at the Mapo-gu Masan National Police Station D District G in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, as seen above, and thereby publicly insulting victims by openly referring to the victims and the H and guard I of the said district, who are the victims and the guards of the said district, as seen in the above B et al., “I would see she would she she she, she would she she out, she would she out, she she out, she might she out, she might she out, and she was she out of the her head, anywhere, and she would be out of the her head.”
