around 10:40 on August 30, 2016, the Defendant driven approximately KRW 1 km from the front side of the 22 side of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, to the front road of the 521 Gu Seo-ro 521 Gu Seo-ro, Seoul, without a driver's license.
