A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a indecent act committed by a minor under the age of 13) is a person who operated the “EM” located in Gwangju Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju. The victim F (a person, a woman, a G student) was living in the vicinity and used the EM at ordinary times.
