Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a singing practice room with the trade name of "Cking practice room" on the B's sub-soil of Kuri-si.

No one who runs a singing practice room business shall sell or offer alcoholic beverages at his place of business.

Nevertheless, around 02:52 on September 16, 2013, the Defendant violated the rules of practice room business operators by selling 4 diseases of 12,00 won to customers D of the above practice room.
