Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the temporary head of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment building B, and the victim C (ma, 78 years of age), D (ma, 83 years of age), E (n, 81 years of age), F (n, 78 years of age), G (n, 82 years of age) is the members of the above apartment center senior citizens.
