A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:55 on August 19, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (refluence of the measurement of the noise level): (a) the Defendant driven a coos car at a point of 100 meters away from the front line of the new intersection road located in the Sinsan-Eup, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, with drinking alcohol, and then went back to the emergency room of the E Hospital located in D at the time of Jeju.

피고인은 2014. 8. 20. 01:07경 위 응급실에서 제주동부경찰서 교통조사계 소속 경찰관 경위 F으로부터, 피고인에게서 술 냄새가 나고 얼굴에 홍조를 띠는 등 술에 취한 상태에서 운전하였다고 인정할 만한 상당한 이유가 있어 약 26분간에 걸쳐 음주측정기에 입김을 불어넣는 방법으로 음주측정에 응할 것을 요구받았음에도 입김을 불어넣는 시늉만 하는 등 이를 회피함으로써 정당한 사유 없이 경찰공무원의 음주측정요구에 응하지 아니하였다.

3. At the time and place set forth in paragraph 2, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victims each by openly insulting the victims “F, I, who demand a drinking measurement to the Defendant,” “I, who are the victim F, Sicker, Sicker, brub, and any other unspecified persons, including G,” in the process of complying with the victim F, G.
