Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 18:10 on March 18, 2012, the Defendant driven a Cland knife vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a distance of about 300 meters from the distance of about 00 meters to the front of the gold subway station located in the Geumdong-gu Busan, Busan, for the purpose of alcohol concentration of 0.173%.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) driving the said passenger vehicle as of March 18, 2012 at around 18:10, the Defendant: (a) driven the said passenger vehicle in front of the Geumcheon subway Station located in the Geumdong in Busan Northern-gu; and (b) driven the said vehicle along the four-lane one lane in front of the Geumcheon-dong bank from the head of the gold-dong bank in order to ensure that, by negligence in the course of duties, the Defendant neglected his/her duty of transitioning the said passenger vehicle under the influence of alcohol, caused the injury to the victim D (63 years old) who driven the said vehicle in front of the said passenger vehicle and caused the injury to the said D by the victim D (F, 63 years old); (c) caused the injury to the victim in front of the said vehicle and the injury to the said victims during the said two-day repair week and the injury to the said victims during the said two-time zone (3 years old).
