Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 60,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 300,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operated a foreign currency import and sale enterprise of “C” in Seogugu, Seo-gu.

On October 30, 2008, the Defendant: (a) imported Chinese clothing 6,827 points from CHNGHHU HTPP SHD company as D on October 30, 2008, the Defendant evaded customs duties of USD 5,437 for USD 5,65,260 for USD 5,437; and (b) imported Chinese clothing 470,693 for 48 times in total as indicated in the separate crime list, and then evaded customs duties of USD 5,739 for USD 5,739 (the difference between the actual market price and the import declaration amount, KRW 594,280,108, KRW 967,82,938, KRW 2939).
