Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Criminal facts

On June 8, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for fraud in the Busan District Court’s Dong Branch Branch, Busan District Court’s imprisonment on December 16, 2015, and was sentenced to one year and one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Ulsan District Court’s Ulsan District Court’s Daegu Prison on December 20, 2016, and was sentenced to six other criminal records and six times of fraud on December 20, 2016.

1. On April 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) operated the Victim D (F) in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.S., U.S. on April 29, 2017; (b) provided that the Defendant had no intent or ability to pay the drinking value because the Defendant did not have cash or credit cards during the number of the Defendant; and (c) provided, “In spite of the absence of an intent or ability to pay the drinking value, the Defendant is operating a domestic company; and (d) provided that the Plaintiff’s children Fab by the President and U.S. and has several hundred billion won assets in Korea;

The term "inn't ask the wife to put alcohol and women into room" is false, and the wife was provided with alcoholic beverage and service equivalent to 350,000 won in total, including 1 stuffs, 2 sicks, and 2 female-domins, etc. from the injured party, and did not pay the price.

From that time until May 11, 2017, the Defendant was provided with alcoholic beverages and services equivalent to KRW 2,043,920 in total, including alcoholic beverages, female helpers, and taxi charges, etc., and did not pay the said amount in total nine times, as described in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings victims to acquire each pecuniary benefit.

2. On May 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) expressed that, within the “I week” of the operation of the Victim H (Y, 61 years of age) located in Ulsan-gun G in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, the Defendant: (b) expressed that, “The Defendant,” who ordered the beer and demanded the payment of the following drinking value, she went against the beer and brought the beer’s disease against his/her hand, and her several times to the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.
