1. The Defendant: KRW 70,088,460 for the Plaintiff and KRW 15% per annum from April 19, 2019 to May 31, 2019; and

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act of 208(1)(1)(1)(2)(1)(2)(2)(2)(1)(2)(2)(2)(2)(2)(2)(2)(2)(2)

That damages for delay exceeding the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768) are not recognized (see Article 2 (2) of the Addenda to the above Regulations).
