A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2013, the Defendant acquired the resident registration certificates owned by the victim C at the “galgalian department store,” located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon.

The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. On May 11, 2013, the Defendant entered the room: (a) around 07:10 on May 11, 2013, the Defendant: (b) stolen property from the “Eel” located in Daejeon Pungdong-gu D; (c) opened a visit to the 307 room where the victim F remains, and intruded into the room where the victim occupied.

3. Larceny and attempted larceny;

A. The Defendant collected KRW 27,500 in cash from the victim G in front of the victim G at the same time and place as that set forth in paragraph 2, and stolen ten credit cards owned by the Defendant and five deposit passbooks within the victim F.

B. At around 08:00 on May 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) puts a credit card under the name-orientedF’s name, which is installed in the front of the above telecom, into a cash withdrawal machine that is managed by the victim; (b) first, after confirming balance, puts a checker’s checker to withdraw cash; and (c) entered a password “four forms after the F mobile phone number,” but did not withdraw cash because the password was inconsistent.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to steal the victim's property and attempted to commit it.

C. At around 12:00 on May 19, 2013, the Defendant cut off one cellular phone (7.7) equivalent to 800,000 won in the market value of the female’s possession within the bank of the victim J, located on the part of the “I church,” located in Daejeon P, Seosung-gu, Daejeon.
