1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 48,00,000 won and the Defendant with respect thereto from March 19, 1997 to May 5, 2007.

According to the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 as well as the whole pleadings, the court below's decision that "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 48 million won with 36% per annum from March 19, 1997 to May 5, 2007, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment (Seoul Southern District Court Decision 2007Da12733 delivered on June 28, 2007) that "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 1 with 48 million won per annum from March 19, 197 to May 5, 2007, and with 25% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment," (Seoul Southern District Court Decision 2007Da12733 delivered on June 28, 207). The plaintiff's decision that "the defendant shall receive 48 million won per annum from March 19, 207 to the day of full payment, and the plaintiff's appeal No. 2008.
