A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than nine months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From January 2013 to August 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) installed five-school shower facilities in the underground space of the building located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and operated “C”; (b) employed female employees, such as D, and (c) received KRW 100,00 from male customers, including E, who found the place, and had the said female employees go out of the world, and let them do the act of similarity in the way of breaking the sexual organ of customers with her hands off or her hand, and then let them do the act of similarity, such as arranging sexual traffic.

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes concerning a protocol of suspect examination to A or D;

1. Article 19 (2) 1 of the Act on the Punishment of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic and the Selection of Imprisonment with labor concerning facts constituting an offense;

1. Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act;

1. Probation and community service order under Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act;

The grounds for sentencing under Article 25 of the Act on the Punishment of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic, Etc., sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and a fine of one million won on July 23, 2003, and sentenced to a fine of two million won on May 14, 2013; the Defendant has the record of being sentenced to a summary order of two million won on May 14, 2013 as a violation of the Medical Service Act; the Defendant is aware of mistake in the confession of the instant crime; and the background, means, methods, and results, etc. of the instant crime shall be determined as per the disposition.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
