Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 4.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 01:30 on April 27, 2014, the Defendant was driving a B car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.110%, while driving a B car with a alcohol concentration of 0.110%. On the other hand, on the two-lane road in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, the Defendant turned about about one meter from the one-lane road parking lot located in the two-lane road in Busan Jin-gu C.

On April 27, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, while under the influence of alcohol of 01:30% of blood alcohol concentration, the Defendant driven a car as specified in paragraph (1) with a driving of the car at least 0.110%, leading to approximately one meter away from the one-lane road in front of a two-lane road located in Busan Jin-gu C, Busan.

In such cases, a driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle to prevent accidents by safely driving the motor vehicle, such as reporting the traffic situation well, accurately manipulating the steering system, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, neglected to do so, was negligent and the part of the lower part of the E-driving’s right side of the E-motor vehicle, driving from the opposite intersection to the opposite intersection in writing, depending on the said one-lane of the said road.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim G(27 years of age) who was on board the taxi due to the foregoing occupational negligence to suffer injury, such as fluoral salt, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
