When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall operate any vehicle on a road without purchasing a mandatory insurance policy.

Nevertheless, around October 7, 2016, the Defendant operated a B earth car in his name while he did not purchase a mandatory insurance policy at approximately 3 kilometers from the front road of Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu to the front road of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, to the 105 front road.
