1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 640,115 to Plaintiff A, KRW 355,500 to Plaintiff C, and the Defendants jointly do so from March 26, 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. On May 10, 2013, Defendant L made the Plaintiff participate in the game called “the drinking mold” at the Wel 201 room located in Gyeonggi-gun V around 18:00 on May 10, 2013, in combination with P, T, U, and R, and forced the said Plaintiff to drink by 23:00 on the same day.

At around 01:30 on May 18, 2013, T, Defendant H, and I combined and threatened the Plaintiff A to the effect that T would put the Plaintiff into the Kasna, “I would put the sex into the Kasna,” and continued to put the Plaintiff into the Z apartment in front of the Z apartment in Gyeonggi-do and the AA elementary school.
