The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

On May 19, 2014, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, operated a bus with 12 passengers and freight around 13:40 and around 12, 2014, the Defendant driven D 12 passengers and freight cars from the front of the C medical care center located in the Busan Metropolitan City Shipping Daegu, to the front road of the plane captain hospital located in the Do of the Eup/Myeon of the plane captain in the same Si/Gun, and operated the said car on three occasions, as shown in the annexed crime list, from around that time to July 16, 2014.

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes regarding licenses;

1. Article 152 subparagraph 1 of the Road Traffic Act and Article 43 of the same Act concerning the facts constituting a crime;

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. A fine not exceeding 500,000 won to be suspended;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act (100,000 won per day) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. Article 59 (1) of the Criminal Act of the suspended sentence (including the fact that the defendant has no previous conviction of qualification or more, and the motive for and frequency of crimes);
