A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around 19:40 on August 10, 2014, the Defendant heard from the victim D (the age of 43) to the front of the C cafeteria located in Sinpo City B, “I would be able to set up a vehicle in front of the other cafeteria.
