A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who distributes inventory books with the trade name “E” in the Ilyang-dong Office Dtel 102, Manyang-gu, Manyang-si.

On July 2012, the Defendant entered into a contract with the victim F and the victim to print and distribute 10,000 copies of five books, such as “G” with a copyright or publication right, and printed and distribute 2,000 copies of each copy after being provided with a file for printing each of the above books from the victim.

On January 2013, the Defendant printed 5,20,000 copies of the books in the form of a copy and the custody of the printing file of the said books in the victim’s future, with intent to reproduce, print, and sell the said books without permission. On January 2013, the Defendant arbitrarily printed and distributed 1,400 copies of the books in the “G” book with copyright to the victim. By April 2013, the Defendant printed 5,20,000 copies of the books in the form of a publication in the attached list of crimes, such as the attached list of crimes, and sold 5,00 won per right at the event site, such as the expressway rest area, and infringed the Defendant’s copyright for profit.
