Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, around 03:00 on May 30, 202, sent the same attitude that the Defendant would pay the drinking value normally at the D main points operated by the victim C in the Manan-gu B and the 1st underground floor at Ansan-si, Mayang-si, Mayang-si, and the Defendant ordered the drinking, but did not have an intent or ability to pay the drinking value because the Defendant did not have cash, credit card, etc.
