Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, who violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic (mediation, etc. of sexual traffic) from June 2014 to October 4, 2015, operated “E” in the building located in the border north-west C owned by the Defendant, and aided and abetted the above act by having female employees continue to lease the said building to D after leasing it to D and allowing it to be used as the place of the act of arranging sexual traffic, etc., by being aware of the fact that D would arrange sexual traffic with male customers, such as in the attached list 1.

2. Defendant A, while operating “E” in the above building owned by the Defendant from July 3, 2015 to October 4, 2015, aided and abetted female employees to receive money and valuables in return for time demand, as shown in attached Table 2 of the List of Offenses Act, by being aware of the fact that Defendant A, even after renting the above building to D around July 19, 2010, continued to lease it to assist such act.
